A BENEFIT FOR THE BREAST CARE CENTER AT
Founded in 1990, The Cytodiagnosis and Breast Care Center at
Englewood Hospital and Medical Center has been a pioneer in providing
women with the most comprehensive breast care program in the region.
Designated by congress as a national model for the diagnosis and
management of breast disease, the center embraces a philosophy
designed to spare patients the anxiety and fear of invasive
procedures and eliminate the stress associated with having to wait an
inordinate period of time for test results. |

The Union State Bank Cancer Center at Nyack Hospital was the 2005
recipient of the Outstanding Achievement Award from the Commission on
Cancer of the American College of Surgeons, given to only 9% of
programs surveyed. The center's comprehensive breast cancer program
features a one-stop experience for breast cancer prevention,
diagnosis, treatment, and support, with access to both "high
technology" clinical research protocols and "high touch"
supportive
therapies. The Breast Care Program believes that caring for women
right in the their own community makes a tremendous difference in
both their own and their family's health. |

After the stunning success of The Kennedy Funding Invitational in its inaugural year, we’re expecting even greater results in 2007. Last
year’s tournament raised over $250,000 for a truly worthy cause, and we’re hoping for an even higher amount to be donated to this valiant,
humanitarian effort.
For 2007, the players who will be competing include: returning
Champion Paul Goldstein from Rockville, Maryland; Justin Gimelstob
from Morristown, NJ and many other
players from around the world who are ranked in the ATP top 100. Also
new for 2007, we will be adding a women’s tournament featuring eight
of the top players in the world.
